Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase, but we understand that there are times when you may need to arrange a return.

To return your product you must first email info@ligneroset-estonia.ee stating your order ID (# and 4-digit number) and the reason for the return. 

You must let us know first that you are returning the item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date and state the reason for the return; then you have another 14 days to send it back to us.

Please be aware to not return your order to the manufacturer or to the address you received the order from.

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be:

  • undamaged
  • unused, with all tags attached
  • sealed in its original packaging
  • and the original packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If an item in your order arrived as faulty, or damaged, please notify us within 14 days from the delivery date at info@ligneroset-estonia.ee, with images of your defective product(s) and your order ID (# and 4-digit number).

We will be more than happy to sort this out for you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP MY PRODUCT BACK?

Yes, you will need to pay for the return costs of an unwanted item to Ligne Roset Estonia.

However, if you are to receive a new replacement product under a warranty, Ligne Roset Estonia will cover the costs of shipping this product back to you.

The choice of shipping method for products sent to Ligne Roset Estonia is up to the sender. However, it is your responsibility that your package reaches our warehouse, so please familiarize yourself with different shipping methods. We kindly advise you to use the tracked shipping method as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit for products sent back by the customer. Once Ligne Roset Estonia has confirmed the product has been received, and this product has been checked, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to the original form of payment for the total amount of the order.

Check the import/export laws in your country or ask your local post office. Some countries demand you fill out an export form if you don't want to pay customs when you receive the new product.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN?

We will write back to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are in the hands of your postal service, and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can't arrange an exchange or a refund.

REFUNDS

Once the product has been returned and accepted by our warehouse, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned product(s) and will happily offer a full refund.

If it is authorized, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within seven (7) business days. From the moment we authorize the refund, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks and payment methods (usually 2-3 business days).

If you paid by bank transfer, you'll need to provide your bank details by sending them to info@ligneroset-estonia.ee before we can issue your refund.

We will not offer a refund or an exchange:

  • If the customer returned worn and physically damaged item(s) without the original packaging and tags included
  • Items that have been washed, or altered in any way are not returnable
  • If the item returned has been lost in transit
  • Any item that is returned outside the relevant window (i.e. 14 or 30 days)

Please be aware that soft furniture with personalized textiles is made just for you and is not returnable. Refund will be granted only if the product(s) is faulty or the manufacturer made an error.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank if needed. It may need several days before your refund is officially posted, and you see it in your account. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ligneroset-estonia.ee, and we’ll investigate. It usually takes 2-3 business days for a refund to be shown on your account.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the opportunity to do exchanges at the moment.
